The effort to collect the information in these PDF documents required months of work and hundreds of hours of time. Please take into account as your read, that web site links change, web sites go up and down and laws change.

Note that it is financially impossible to keep these documents, up-to-the minute and up-to-date, day after day.

SDFI does check the links within these documents when we can, typically about once every few years, give or take six months and we will update a single document on a "as needed" basis if asked to do so, if you are able supply the updates and the references.

If you find a dead link, and it will happen, please do a search on the subject to find a live current link and use the link you find. Please ensure your new found source of information is a web site that ends in .gov or a website that is linked to a .gov website.

Many states and territories outsource their legal materials to third parties, and that is OK.  Just be sure to find the link to that .com, .net, .org website on a valid .gov website first.
